What Foods to Keep in the Refrigerator

If you refrigerate food, it will last longer because the cold slows down bacterial growth.

This does not apply to all foods though.

Processed foods for example are unhealthy when highly eaten on a daily basis or not properly stored.

Even when refrigerated, some foods are potentially harmful and do nothing for your health.

Here are some foods usually in your refrigerated that you should consider crushing out your weekly grocery list.
